Adult Community Support Program

Community Support Services are available to recipients with serious and persistent mental illness to assist clients to live and thrive in the community. Staff can assist recipients with an entire range of supportive services to promote recovery including benefit assistance, crisis assistance, employability, independent living skills, medication monitoring, psychosocial rehabilitation, client outreach, case management and group (Day Treatment) services.

Who Is Eligible?

You must be 18 years or older, a resident of Kittson, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Polk or Red Lake County and have experienced serious or persistent mental illness.

How Much Do These Services Cost?

Community Support Services are free to eligible people. The program is funded through grants, as well as state and county Medical Assistance.
